International standards applied by JSV “Belzarubezhstroy”

In the beginning of 2017 JSV “Belzarubezhstroy” management made a decision to upgrade the existing quality management system to a new version of ISO 9001:2015.

The major differences of the new standard are: greater emphasis on the management involvement, as well as on the risk management and knowledge management.

The new version of the standard guides companies towards understanding of both the internal and external context of the organization as well as understanding the needs of the interested parties.
On April 20-21, 2017 an ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit and a surveillance audit for conformity with ISO 14001:2009 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards were carried out in Minsk offices and at the site of the project “Construction of local fuel-fired mini-CHP Plant on the premises of the boiler house at 10 Surkov St., Kalinkovichi”.

During the exit meeting, TÜV Thüringen e.V. auditors noted a high level of preparedness of the company for recertification audit, high quality of the documentation developed in compliance with the new ISO 9001:2015 (more than 20 documents have been prepared). It was also mentioned that JSV “Belzarubezhstroy” is among the top ten organizations of the Republic of Belarus which successfully passed the audit in accordance with the new requirements.

Based on the audit results, it was resolved to issue ISO 9001:2015certificate to the company.  

It is noteworthy that during April 3-7, 2017 in order to prepare for recertification audit the Director General of JSV “Belzarubezhstroy” Vital Bandaryk, Head of the Monitoring and Certification Department Mihail Gurskiy and the lead specialist of the Monitoring and Certification Department Tatsiana Khomchyk successfully completed a training course “ISO 9001:2015 auditor/lead auditor (IRCA certified)” provided by Cert Academy (Russian Federation), TÜV NORD (Germany), Norm Test (Republic of Belarus).

This training course provides the knowledge and skills for performance of first party, second party or third party quality management systems audits for conformity to the requirements of ISO 9001 in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021.
